TANGY BABY POTATO



INGREDIENTS-

2 TBSP SABUT DHANIA
1 TBSP ZEERA
1 TBSP SABUT KALI MIRCH
1 TSP SAUNF
4-5 SABUT LAL MIRCH
(TAKE ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS DRY ROAST IN PAN AND GRIND IT ROUGHLY)

BABY POTATO(BOLIED AND PEELED)
OIL
HING
1/2 TSP KALONGI
GINGER(CHOPPED)
GARLIC(CHOPPED)
SALT

                                              





METHOD-
TAKE A PAN ADD OIL,HING AND BOILED POTATO SAUTE TILL DEY BECOME GOLDEN BROWN NOW ADD GINGER AND GARLIC SAUTE FOR 2 MIN ADD GRINDED MASALA ON THE TOP ADD DHANIA LEAVES.SERVE HOT.

SPINACH 10-15 LEAVES
OIL FOR FRY

for filling-

PANEER(MASHED) 50 GMS
CORNFLOUR 1 TSP
PUDINA/DHANIA LEAVES 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) 1 TSP
GINGER(CHOPPED) 1 TSP
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
PEAS(BOILED) 1 TSP

for batter-
BESAN 5 TBSP
MAIDA 2 TBSP
AJWAIN 1/4 TSP
SALT
WATER

                     

method-

MIX ALL THE FILLING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL.
TAKE A SPINACH ADD THE FILLING AS SHOWN IN A FIGURE FOLD IT LIKE A CUBE SHAPE WITH A HELP OF TOOTHPICK.

TAKE ANOTHER BOWL ADD THE BATTER INGREDIENTS MAKE A FINE PASTE SAME LIKE PAKODA'S BATTER NOW DIP SPINACH CUBE IN A BATTER AND FRY IT.SERVE HOT
